Trauma can come in many forms, from childhood physical and sexual abuse, to emotional neglect, to the “micro-traumas” of a persistently invalidating environment, to rape, violence, war, and natural disasters. Unfortunately, trauma is an inevitable aspect of life. Post Traumatic Stress Disorder (PTSD) affects people who have experienced or witnessed a traumatic event.

Depressive Disorders

We all face loss, and can’t avoid doing so, but even though this experience is universal, each of us deals with it in a unique way.
