I believe in a comprehensive, and holistic approach to conducting therapy and counseling with my clients. I believe that every person has the ability to create meaningful, and long-lasting change in their lives, and that they just need some support to get where they want to go. I passionately use person-centered, cognitive-behavioral, and dialectic approaches to help my clients achieve their goals.

I have experience with treating a wide range of different forms of mental illnesses. I have worked in private practice during my graduate education, where I experienced working with those with anxiety, depression, as well as agoraphobia. I also have experience working in community mental health, acting as a professional helping those with psychosis receive rehabilitative treatment. These experiences have helped shape me into a compassionate and patient clinician, willing to take on any client that seeks to make meaningful change in their life.

I conduct individual, couples, as well as family sessions.

Outside of therapy sessions, I enjoy walking around Chicago, and exploring all of its hidden-gems. I love to bake goods from scratch, as well as trying out new recipes to cook for my friends and family.
