Hi, my name is Lorena. I am a bilingual, Latina therapist. As a Latina I am culturally competent and understand the struggle for POC. I want to be able to give back to my community and end the generational trauma. It’s never too late to end the cycle! I hope that together we can learn more about ourselves and be able to embrace that. My approach focuses on helping those of all age groups such as kids, adolescents and adults.
In therapy, I will implement many interventions such as CBT, DBT, play therapy, ACT, person centered and solution focused therapy.
