I am a Board-Certified Psychiatric Nurse Practitioner who provides medication management and mental health care for children, adolescents, adults, and older adults. I treat patients across the lifespan, with a clinical background in both critical care and psychiatric settings. Before completing my master’s degree in psychiatric nursing, I spent several years working directly with medically complex and high acuity patients, which continues to shape how I approach mental health care today.
Effective psychiatric treatment works best when it is thoughtful, coordinated, and grounded in real life. I focus on identifying and treating core symptoms while working collaboratively with therapists, primary care providers, and other healthcare professionals when appropriate. That team-based approach helps ensure care is well-rounded and responsive, not just reactive.
My clinical focus includes the evaluation and treatment of depression, anxiety disorders, ADHD, OCD, PTSD, and bipolar disorder. I provide evidence-based psychiatric medication management, ongoing monitoring, and treatment adjustments tailored to each individual’s needs, goals, and stage of life. Honestly, no two patients are the same, and treatment should reflect that.
I am committed to building strong therapeutic relationships and creating a supportive, respectful environment where patients feel heard. Together, we work toward finding the right treatment plan that fits the person, not just the diagnosis.
