Her therapeutic approach is client-centered and trauma-informed, integrating modalities such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Solution Focused, Art Therapy, Play Therapy, Movement Therapy, Mindfulness, and Motivational Interviewing. Alex works with individuals and families navigating trauma, anxiety, depression, childhood trauma, relationship challenges, and other child and family-related issues.
