Ashley Trosper holds a Master’s Degree in Art Therapy and Counseling from Saint Mary-of-the-Woods College. With over 11 years of experience in social services and child welfare, Ashley has dedicated her career to prevention and family support, with a strong focus on keeping families together and helping them thrive.

Her therapeutic approach is client-centered and trauma-informed, integrating modalities such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Art Therapy, Mindfulness, and Motivational Interviewing. Ashley works with individuals and families navigating trauma, anxiety, depression, childhood trauma, relationship challenges, and other child and family-related issues.

Ashley believes in the healing power of creativity and connection, and she creates a safe, supportive space for clients to explore their experiences and build resilience. Outside of her professional work, she enjoys spending time outdoors, painting, and being with her family.
