I believe therapy is a form of self-care that everyone can benefit from! It is an opportunity to reset, readjust, restart and refocus. As your therapist, I strive to provide a comfortable space for you to feel safe, respected, encouraged and empowered. Therapy is a collaborative process and together, we will develop our own unique path and pace that best suits your needs and goals. I value taking time to establish a trusting, genuine connection with my clients as I believe our therapeutic relationship is the foundation to our success together.

Each of us is extraordinarily different and with that, therapy looks different for everyone. My approach is strengths-based and person-centered. While I incorporate evidence-based practices such as CBT, EFT, DBT and Acceptance and Commitment Therapy into sessions, I do not believe there is a “one size fits all” approach in therapy. My therapeutic style is engaging, warm, curious and direct; you can always count on me to show up as my authentic self.

I am a master’s level therapist and received my Bachelor’s degree in Social Work from Illinois State University. I then went on to receive my Master’s degree in Social Work with a Mental Health Specialization from Loyola University Chicago.

You’ve made it this far – and for that, you should be proud of yourself! With nothing to lose, yet so much to gain, why not take the next step and call to schedule an initial session since you’re already here? Therapy is just one small part of your story and I would be honored to walk alongside you through your journey! I look forward to connecting!
