Theresa is a board-certified Psychiatric Nurse Practitioner dedicated to delivering high-quality, holistic mental health care services to adults and adolescents. She specializes in treating a variety of conditions, including anxiety, depression, PTSD, OCD, insomnia, ADHD, and substance use disorders. Additionally, she has experience providing transcranial magnetic stimulation, intravenous nutrient therapy, hormone replacement therapy, and various ketamine-based therapies.

Her approach to care is rooted in her passion for integrative psychiatry, which blends evidence-based conventional treatments with complementary and alternative therapies and lifestyle interventions.
