Alexandra Whitaker is a board-certified nurse practitioner. She started her nursing career in Neurology with a focus on Mental health, which has become her priority and passion as a health care provider. She has treated patients with depression, postpartum depression, anxiety, PTSD, personality disorders, Bipolar depressive disorder, ADHD, and substance use.
Alexandra believes that mental health is as important as physical health. She aims to deliver the best evidence-based care with respect and compassion. She has experience working with patients from various cultures and socioeconomic backgrounds and is fluent in Polish.
Alexandra recognizes each person for their individuality which is reflected in her holistic treatment plans. She enjoys collaborating with patients to help them identify and overcome barriers, believing everyone deserves happiness and overall wellbeing in life.
In her spare time, she enjoys spending time outdoors with her family and two boxers.
