I am a Licensed Social Worker with over three years of experience working in community health settings, with about two years of experience working as a behavioral health therapist. My position as a Behavioral Health therapist has provided me with experience in providing individual mental health treatment services to youth, adults, and older adults experiencing a variety of mental health and behavioral issues.

My goal as a therapist is to help clients along their journey to healing by providing empathy, being a supportive listener, and implementing coping skills to help during times of need. I hope to help people lead healthier, more fulfilling lives by improving access to trusted and personalized mental healthcare while empowering clients to make informed choices, meeting them where they are, and helping them achieve their individual goals for therapy.

My specialties include working with individuals experiencing depression, anxiety, and trauma. I utilize CBT, Mindfulness, and motivational interviewing, with both a client-centered and strength-based approach to therapy.

My background includes receiving my Master’s in Social Work from Aurora University, completing my internship working with a non-profit organization providing therapy to children and young adults, and also providing behavioral health therapy to adults in an outpatient setting.
