Hello, and welcome. I’m a recent graduate working towards becoming a Licensed Clinical Professional Counselor (LCPC) with a deep passion for helping others unlock their full potential. I work with both adults and adolescents, utilizing a variety of evidence-based approaches tailored to your unique needs, including Motivational Interviewing, Person-Centered Therapy, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavioral Therapy (DBT), Mindfulness, and Humanistic techniques.
