I am a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist and have been practicing for over two decades. I have my Master of Science from Northern Illinois University, Specialization in Marriage and Family Therapy. My experience is in private practice specializing in couples therapy. I have also worked in community-basedprograms with at-risk adolescents and their families, and in both inpatient and outpatient psychiatric hospital programs. I also have extensive experience helping individuals with mental health and addiction issues.

I take a client-centered, strength-based and research-based approach to therapy. You are the expert on you, I’m the expert on relationships, together we work as a team to help you reach your goals.
