Kristy Smith is an LCPC who earned her graduate degree in Counseling Psychology. She has experience with residential treatment, rural community mental health, and substance abuse. She has received extensive trauma training and is fully EMDR-trained as well. Anxiety, depression, grief, and complex trauma are just a few of the extensive areas that she has experience in successfully treating.

Kristy believes in a collaborative approach to therapy, working with each client to get the most out of their treatment. She views open and honest communication as the keystone to a successful therapeutic relationship. Kristy welcomes clients of all ages and backgrounds for a nonjudgmental treatment experience.
