Nichole “Nikki” is a Licensed Social Worker that strives to provide positive coping skills to her clients to help improve their overall well-being. She uses a compassionate, person-centered approach using CBT, motivational interviewing, and mindfulness to meet each client where they are in their struggles. She has experience working with children, teens, and adults in managing their anxiety, depression, anger, stress management, identity issues, and working with the LGBTQ+ community.
She also is a certified alcohol and drug counselor and has extensive experience working with individuals and families impacted by substance abuse. One of her greatest passions outside of work is fostering children and dogs.
