As a registered nurse, I have over 6 years working in the psychiatric unit and understand the importance of meeting patients at their level.

As a Psychiatric Nurse Practitioner, I treat each patient as an individual by creating an effective individualized treatment plan. This includes mutual trust and respect with the patient, open, honest, and effective communication with other medical providers, and (when appropriate) additional involvement with others encouragingpositive relationships.
