As a licensed social worker, I have 3 years of experience in the mental health field, and I have specialized in working with children, adolescent, and young adults.

While working in this field, I have gained experience working with clients whom struggle with depression, anxiety, behavioral concerns, and other mental health issues alongside their families. In my practice, I focus on building a safe space where clients feel understood and empowered. I draw on a range of therapeutic approaches, including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, person-centered therapy, solutions-based therapy and a strengths-based approach.

Working collaboratively with clients and their families, I aim to help clients develop coping skills, grow in self-confidence, and build self-advocating skills. My goal is to help each client develop the tools to overcome any obstacle and create positive changes in their lives.
