Hi, I’m a Licensed Social Worker with experience working with children, teens, and adults—including individuals with special needs, survivors of domestic violence, and families involved in the court or child welfare system. I’ve worked in schools and community settings, and I understand how real-life challenges can feel overwhelming when you’re trying to manage them alone.

My approach is client-centered and strength-based. I meet people where they are and help them navigate tough experiences with compassion and practical support. I’m trained in Trauma-Focused Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (TF-CBT), trauma-informed education, and domestic violence response. I focus on helping people build resilience and learn healthy ways to cope—whether they’re dealing with trauma, anxiety, or life transitions.

What drives me is helping others feel more in control of their lives and emotions. I believe therapy should feel like a safe space to explore, heal, and grow—without judgment. Outside of work, I love spending time with my family, going on nature walks, reading, and roller skating. These moments help me stay balanced and connected, which is something I try to help my clients find in their own lives too.
