I received my M.A. in Professional Counseling from Olivet Nazarene University.

I have worked with individuals, families, couples, children, and adolescents throughout my career as a counselor. I have engaged with various populations to address substance abuse, trauma, mood disorders, and personality disorders to allow for a safe place for healing while also providing tools and resources to break free from unhealthy cycles and live a fuller life.

I am EMDR trained through the Roy Kiessling model. I also utilize different integrative approaches such as Cognitive-Behavioral Therapy, Dialectical Behavioral Therapy, Motivational Interviewing, and Rational Emotive Therapy. I believe in building an honest and trusting relationship with my patients to allow for a strong therapeutic relationship to prosper.
