This office building is located on Summit Avenue which (also known as Midwest Road when you are south of Butterfield Road). We are one block north of Butterfield Road on the west side of the street. Please look for the sign for the building that says “Terrace Executive Center” as you approach the building from the south.

NOTE: You may find you can schedule an appointment with one of our psychiatric nurse practitioners a bit sooner than an appointment with one of our psychiatrists. Psychiatric nurse practitioners are also able to prescribe mental health medications.
