Just as intimidating therapy can sound like, it is very helpful to grow. My goal is to work with each person individually to identify what their goals and values are. I plan to help you learn and find tools that will assist you through your personal struggles. As well as provide empathy and an open listening ear. All treatment plans are individualized and developed callability with myself, client, and client’s family if needed.

I completed my Masters in Social Work at Southern Illinois University. I have spent my undergrad and graduate level years working in the field of therapy. Most recently, I have worked as an inpatient therapist in a behavioral hospital. I have also worked in school settings and transitional living facilities. I have worked with younger children (4-years-old), adolescents, as well as adults (55-years-old).

My specialties include working with individuals suffering from depression, anxiety, adjustment disorders, anger, and suicidality. I utilize DBT, CBT and play therapy interventions frequently within my treatment plans. I like to work with each person to find interventions that encourage, motivate, and assist with processing.
